You can either choose to leave My School Website or activate your account. You will automatically be sent an e-mail 7 days before the trial ends. To activate your account early, simply follow the steps within the Admin Panel.

On activation of your website, you will be charged for 12 months. This is the length of the contract. You will be asked again at the end of those 12 months if you would like to renew the contract for another 12 months.

When you purchase My School Website an invoice will be automatically generated and can be printed by yourself. You then have 14 days to pay the balance.

You can log in and change your template design at any time. Follow the steps provided under the Theme tab, which can be found in the settings dialog.

Yes you can. We've registered www.myclasswebsite.co.uk so you can create a website specifically for your pupils.

Yes you can. Simply contact the technical department within your school or at your local authority and ask them to point your .sch.uk domain at your myschoolwebsite.co.uk address.

Yes you can. When you signup you will be given a domain name in the format of http://www.schoolname.myschoolwebsite.co.uk, simply point your existing domain at this address.

If you choose to leave My School Website your site will be removed from the Internet and our servers. At this stage we suggest you take a copy of your content.

The copyright design is owned by My School Website, however you can use elements of the web design on other marketing materials or literature whilst you are a client of My School Website.

Unfortunately not as other schools are likely to be using the same design. However if you want a bespoke design you can contact our sister company e4education who offer this service.

It is generally recognised that you will need a new website every two to three years. However you can change your design at any time with My School Website and at no extra cost. A website on My School website will stay 'active' (or 'live') on the Internet until the website is closed, the client leaves My School Website or the client fails to pay an invoice.

Absolutely. We are already offering comparable functionality to other suppliers that charge at least three times as much but new and exciting designs, ideas and technologies will be added regularly. We will contact you from time to time to tell you about our new features!

This depends on the package you select, assuming you select the basic package: In the first year you will pay £199. This equates to the initial set up cost of £100 and your first year's subscription of £99. After the first year, you will be charged £99 for each year's subscription.

Primary school budgets are going to come under increasing pressure over the next few years and we will hold this annual fee of £99 until 2012.

My School Website is backed by Bluestone Creative Limited and e4education, two very successful organisations. We have team of talented designers and developers and don't burden ourselves with unnecessary costs and overheads.

At any point during your current subscription year you may choose to upgrade to a better package, you will then be invoiced on a pro-rata basis for the difference in package costs. You may also upgrade or downgrade your package at the end of your current 12 month subscription period.
